Employees Code of Ethics
We, the employees of Pars Jivar Soufi®, believe in the following professional and ethical values along with the fundamental goals of the organization, maintaining and creating standing competitive superiorities, and put them on our agenda:
- Observance of Terms & Regulations: We consider ourselves committed and obliged to observe and compliance with the rules and regulations by believing in the fact that accomplishment of occupational duties, organizational activities, and realization of high goals of the company are subject to the observance of rules.
- Punctuality, Conscientiousness, and Good Appearance at the Company: We put special importance in order and good appearance at the company which causes efficiency, self-esteem, respect, and joy; and consider punctuality as a principle. We take precautionary measures for good performance of assigned affairs should anyone of us be absent.
- Politeness: In Pars Jivar Soufi® Company, we have taken politeness as a model while knowing the human greatness and necessity of appreciating the high status of mankind, and we always try to carefully abide by such a principle in relations with our colleagues and customers.
- Effective Performance of Duties with Rapidity, Precision & Compliance with Organizational Terms & Regulations: In an era when the time is considered a great elixir, it is natural that the organization expects rapidity and precision in dealing with its affairs. We will, therefore, try to rapidly perform the assigned duties within the set duration by observing due politeness.
- Having Desirable Organizational Goals and Determination of Individual and Collective Performance as per these Goals: We have to bring about the means for exchanging professional approaches by a proper understanding of the organizational goals and coordinating individual goals with them; while believing in the principle of the existence of different and even contradictory ideas and concerns among our colleagues, we do our best to keep apart individual approaches, and personal and collective concerns from organizational decisions, duties, and responsibilities, and let these differences not affect our occupational duties, and the organizational uniformity and cohesion.
- Effective Listening and Responding: We believe that listening and paying attention to others and having a sense of responsibility toward the measures taken in a clear, modest and benevolent manner apart from the age, sex, race, rituals and social class of people, are noble examples of politeness, tribute, and kindness toward others. Therefore, effective listening to the requests of employer, opinions, and criticism of colleagues and customers carefully and without prejudgment, responsible effort in responding properly to their questions and requests are among our social and professional liabilities.
- Suitable Teamwork, Effective Communication with Colleagues and Empathy in Performing Organizational Affairs: Our complete use of intellectual and operational capacity in performing properly the social and professional responsibilities while having a sense of cooperation, and coordination of individual efforts with all the existing activities in the related department shall consolidate and unify our organization. Moreover, having good and logical relations with colleagues, clear and effective expression of our opinions for them, and providing them with the necessary information for offering optimal service and accelerating affairs shall cause maximum cohesion in the further realization of the above principles.
- Improving the Quality of Company Products and Increasing Organizational Efficiency: We are to act constantly for further creation, idealization, working out new solutions, designing services and offering most-updated products in compliance with the international standards aimed at creating high values for the company and all the customers as well as continuously reconsider the working methods and processes to increase productivity and efficiency of efforts including their quality, health, and precision and try to amend and improve them.
- Health in Commercial Interactions: As a representative of Pars Jivar Soufi® Company, we interact in all organizational activities with customers and commercial partners and perform honestly all the assigned duties and register them properly without having any personal motivation for earning benefits or privileges directly or otherwise.
- Financial Growth of the Company with Further Work and Perseverance: Sense of responsibility toward our profession and organization makes us believe that the company’s shareholders deserve to get the maximum benefit arising from their investment as per trade law and by the observance of professional and ethical codes, and we do our best to promote the name of Pars Iivar Soufi® company.
- Attitude toward the Competitors: We have always been fair toward rivals of the company and avoided immoral and unprofessional methods of interacting with them because we believe in fair competition; and along with such approach, we never reveal confidential information about them to be misused by others.
- Respecting Each Other's Personality and Work, and Emotional Support for Colleagues in all Organizational Units: Mutual respect, obtaining the trust of colleagues by secrecy, keeping their secrets and personal problems confidential, avoiding rumors, accusation, backbiting, informing, and any other measure weakening the colleagues' trust and sincerity.
- Consent of Customers: The customers are worthy of creating values, and obtaining their satisfaction is the most fundamental reason for our being. Thus, holding their esteem accompanied by obtaining their highest satisfaction must be done by observing professional and ethical rules and principles. The best, most suitable, most precise, and simplest methods must be used by us in providing customers with services and all of us should try for the continuous betterment of presenting services. We are obliged to observe the highest qualitative standards in presenting services to our customers and we shall offer a successful model of teamwork in doing our duties.

- Confidentiality of Customers' Information for Keeping their Trust toward the Company and Supporting them: All the information pertaining to the customers is considered confidential and we do our best in keeping them secret in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations. We comply with the confidentiality of the company and customers’ information as a principle. We properly keep customers’ information confidential, so they remain out of the access of our colleagues or third parties who do not need them in performing their duties.
- Liability of keeping Confidential Information of Pars Jivar Soufi® Company: We are committed to keeping confidential the company’s information, especially the secret ones which are properly kept and classified such that none of the unauthorized persons neither inside nor outside the company have access to. We undertake to keep all the information confidential and not disclose them in any form, including written, software, audiovisual, etc. after the end of cooperation.
- Work Commitment: To be committed to fulfill the assigned duties properly, and to have conscientiousness and a sense of responsibility toward the profession and respective organization.
- Loyalty and Motivation: Having a sense of loyalty toward the organization and work motivation accompanied by progress and healthy competition in work, and avoiding any time-wasting at the workplace.
- Learning and Transferring One's Knowledge and Experience to Others: Preserving, updating, and managing organizational knowledge and experience and sharing them.
- Potential Contradiction between Personal Benefits of Employees and those of the Company: Providing the specific consultation services of the employees to others/customers must not be contrary to the benefits of the company. Being employed in other trading companies, providing others with services, or acting as their representative requires the prior agreement of the company directorate. Should the incorporation of a company or institute by the employees be potentially contrary to the company’s benefits, the management must be informed of the facts. Should any employee know that the persons close or affiliated with him/her intent to do actions contrary to the company benefits, he/she has to inform the company of the facts. And if he/she receives a remuneration or gift for his/her attendance or lecturing in a meeting and/or preparing a report or essay relating to his/her duties within the company, he/she has to inform the manager of the facts. Should there be a potential contradiction between the benefits of an employee and the company, the employee or manager has to inform the company directorate of the facts and receive necessary guidelines.
- Bonus, Gift, and Personal Privileges: We believe that the satisfaction and trust of the employer and customers of the company to our performance are the best bonus. This belief arises from human esteem, professional conscience, and occupational prestige, and such an intrinsic reward are much higher than material examples. Therefore, it is not desirable to have an exception for receiving any gift or personal and professional privilege affecting the company’s benefits and damaging the self-esteem, professional conscience, and occupational prestige of the employees.
- Environmental Commitments: We see our continuous success in standing development and observing environmental standards, and like economic and social standards, taking care of it is valuable and significant to us. All the employees have done their best to conserve natural resources and will try to minimize the negative effect of their professional activities on the environment. We will try to protect the environment by optimal use of resources and prevent wasting natural resources and recycling.
